What if your body knows it all?’ A Yoga and Meditation Workshop on releasing trauma and finding peace and ease.

Monday 31st May 1-4pm at The Cow Shed Studio, Hammes Farm, Steyning, BN44 3DA

This is going to be an interesting event on the effect of trauma in the body and how we re-set and/or change the energy through yoga practice, intention and meditation. As heavy as this sounds it’s going to be a ‘how to’ solutions based session.

I’ve never done this before but if you sign up I’m going to ask you (in advance) to tell me something you want to work on and I’m going to come up with some specific solutions (based on what’s within my skills!) then we’re all going to take that journey with you. By that I mean, we’ll all do all of the practices.

Why? Because I believe in the magic of group dynamic.

Your back might become our preventative strategy. Your clenched stomach becomes our healing journey back to feeling safe in our skin. This exciting way of working is based the belief that we are connected. It is a prayer if you like for the person who wants the healing and for the part of us that heals in that process as well.

Because of the need to socially distance I’m having to keep numbers really small and there will be a maximum of 7 spaces. It’s £35 to come along and will include refreshments.
